CTI and Associates, Inc. (CTI) has been selected as the Michigan 8(a) Graduate of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration Detroit District.  This prestigious award is presented annually to a small business that has successfully completed the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program with demonstrated staying power, financial performance, innovativeness, response to adversity, contributions to their communities, and advocacy for the advancement of small business.  

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, has awarded a construction contract to CTI and Associates, Inc. for the U. S. EPA remedial action at the Watson Johnson Landfill site located in Quakertown, PA. The remedial action at the site will include the installation of a 23-acre multi-layer landfill cap (geosynthetics and soil), extensive stormwater and landfill gas management systems, and a variety of other related work.

CTI was recently awarded an $8M IDIQ contract to provide CMS services for use on federal projects throughout the Savannah District. This contract positions CTI to provide support for construction management activities for construction contracts at military installations throughout the Savannah District. CTI has been awarded a construction contract to expand the classified landfill at DOE's Y-12 Nuclear Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN. This contract is awarded by the environmental clean-up contractor for the Oak Ridge Reservation Landfill (ORRLF), URS-CH2M Hill Oak Ridge (UCOR), and taps CTI to lead construction efforts in the expansion of the landfill, which is the disposal site for classified waste generated in the ongoing demolition of the Manhattan Project-era facilities at Y12. Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-September and will conclude by the end of the calendar year.

CTI, in a Joint Venture with URS (AECOM), was awarded the Air Force Civil Engineer Center AE-13ES contract to provide comprehensive environmental services to support the Air Force’s global environmental requirements.  This multiple award contract was awarded to several qualified prime contractors who will share up to a  maximum capacity of $500M through June 2023.  For information, email This email address is being protected from spambots. CTI, in a Joint Venture with URS (AECOM), was awarded a $6M Architect-Engineer Contract for Environmental Services by the USACE Tulsa District. Under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, task orders will include a variety of environmental services in support of various military, civil works, and Interagency and International Services (IIS) Projects assigned to Tulsa District and Southwestern Division (SWD).   For more information, email This email address is being protected from spambots.
