CTI has its roots in southeast Michigan where we have been providing planning, engineering, environmental consulting, QA/QC, construction and remediation services for 40 years. To respond to the specific needs of our state and municipal clients, we also provide technical and financial planning assistance directed at obtaining available federal and state funding through the State Revolving Fund (SRF) to help finance their capital improvement projects.
