Since 1976, CTI has evolved from a small construction testing and geotechnical engineering firm into a full-service contractor offering environmental, remediation and construction services to Federal, Industrial, and State/Local Government clients across the US. We have partnered with clients in 35 states to develop and execute projects with one purpose in mind: to help them solve the environmental challenges that stand in the way of achieving their business objectives.

CTI’s highly robust safety, quality, and project management systems form the foundation for each and every project on which we embark. Our world-class processes, procedures, and best practices are the result of our more than 47 years of proven performance on thousands of projects for Federal, Industrial, and State/Local Government clients across the US, successful graduation from the SBA 8(a) program, and four years in SBA’s Mentor Protégé Program where we were mentored by one of the industry’s Top 5 ENR Firms.
