CTI has a long and diverse history in solid waste landfill engineering, design and permitting spanning more than 25 years. In 2005, CTI built upon that foundation and created a construction division to provide value to every project through a Project Delivery approach. CTI offers approximately 100 highly-qualified personnel comprised of Engineers, Geologists, Project/Program Managers, Quality Control Managers, Project Controls, Field Superintendents, Technicians, Equipment Operators and Laborers with an unwavering commitment to customer service, quality and safety.

Our senior leadership team of Ph.D.’s, P.E.’s, CQM’s, and CIH’s have worked together for over 15 years and have extensive experience in landfill planning, design, permitting, maintenance/operations and construction.Our in-house construction division has served a variety of customers in the commercial, municipal and federal markets with experience spanning hazardous waste, municipal solid waste, ash, mining waste, construction and demolition waste, and abandoned landfill facilities across the Nation. CTI’s engineering and construction professionals have installed over 30 million square feet of geosynthetic liners and earthen landfill final cover systems at over 50 low-level radioactive waste (LLRW), mixed waste (MW), Subtitle C and Subtitle D landfills.
