Since 2015, CTI has embraced the tradition of participating in Operation Good Cheer, a Christmas gift-giving program for thousands of children, teens, and adults with disabilities in foster care, residential treatment, and group homes who might not otherwise share in the joys and fond memories of holiday festivities.
This year, both staff and CTI sponsored 10 children where 6 to 10 gifts were purchased for each child. All of the gifts were wrapped with care and carefully transported to the Oakland County International Airport where volunteer pilots and drivers used their aircraft and vehicles to transport thousands of gifts to local airports across Michigan. At the airport, agency volunteers were on standby to deliver the gifts to recipients for opening on Christmas morning.
CTI takes great pride in spreading joy and crafting memorable experiences throughout the holiday season.
